The gym is open 24/7 at all three locations for members. Staffed hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Henderson) or 5:30 PM (Morganfield and Providence). Saturday visits are by appointment.

You choose. We offer both 12-month contracts at a lower monthly rate and month-to-month memberships with no contract. Month-to-month runs $10/mo more across the board.

Yes — the Family plan covers up to 5 members of the same household. Additional household members are $10/mo each. Legal ID is required to verify address.

Yes. Students age 24 and under pay $25/mo on a 12-month contract ($35 month-to-month). First responders pay $25/mo with couple (+$10) and family (+$20) upgrades available.

Yes — one membership gives you access to Henderson, Providence, and Morganfield.

Sauna access is included with any membership at our Henderson and Morganfield locations.

Yes — all members complete a liability waiver before their first workout. You can sign it online at any time.

Bank draft is free. Debit and credit card payments carry a $2 processing fee. One-time new key fob is $12.
